The Meteora is a rock formation in central Greece hosting one of the largest and most precipitously built complexes of Eastern Orthodox monasteries, second in importance only to Mount Athos. Was a very intresting place to visit the first day I walked up the mountains and hills that was not an easy task, rented a scooter to see the rest of the places turned out to be a good idea, weather was quite warm. Not a day to be walking up a mountain, the town area was quite interesting, lots of places to eat drink and chill.
