Thessaloniki is a Greek port city on the Thermaic Gulf of the Aegean Sea. Evidence of Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman history remains….a place full of culture and cool greek buildings, I spend most of my time here trying as much of the greek food as I could, as always I always try to have or sample the local red wine as well as ask the locals were is the best place to try the traditional food of the region, while in grecce I had to obviously try greek salad I had had almost every day, I enjoyed trying all the different types of cheese that were available.
